Bourns College of Engineering, UCR

The Marlan and Rosemary Bourns College of Engineering (BCOE) at UC Riverside is one of the top public research engineering colleges in the nation, recognized for social mobility, research impact, and an unwavering commitment to student success.

As the marketing and communications lead for BCOE, I serve as the primary liaison between the college and its audiences, managing everything from day-to-day content needs to long-term brand strategy. My work spans redesigning the college website to meet accessibility compliance standards while giving it a refreshed, modern look; managing seven social media accounts including LinkedIn and the BCOE Instagram; and handling email marketing through Mailchimp for newsletters and announcements. I support faculty, staff, and departments with flyers, outreach materials, and any communications needs that come through the college, while also providing ongoing guidance to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across all channels.
