Engagement Committee

I helped establish the BCOE Engagement Committee as a way to bring more community into the college and strengthen connections across staff and faculty. The goal was to create more opportunities for collaboration, relationship-building, and a shared sense of culture within BCOE.

As part of this effort, we plan and host quarterly events that are designed to be both engaging and accessible. I support the branding, promotion, and overall communication strategy for these events, making sure they are well attended and clearly communicated across the college.

The initiative has been very successful, with strong participation and positive feedback, and has become an important part of how BCOE fosters connection and engagement internally.
