IEEE Conference

A large-scale, multi-day international conference that I planned and executed end-to-end as conference coordinator for the IEEE Forum for Innovative Sustainable Transportation Systems (FISTS). This included managing vendors, developing the agenda, overseeing the budget, coordinating logistics, and leading overall event execution.

The three-day event brought together over 120 attendees from North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa and featured more than 80 research papers and posters. Programming included a reception, formal banquet, and a technical visit to the California Air Resources Board, requiring detailed coordination across multiple venues and partners.

This project reflects my ability to lead complex, high-visibility events from concept through execution, balancing logistics, stakeholder coordination, and attendee experience to deliver a seamless international conference.
